TrustPoint.One has partnered with an established and well-respected law firm in Fort Lauderdale in their search to find an experienced Construction Defect Litigation Attorney. The person in this position will get the chance to handle a wide range of construction defect and other high-end insurance defense litigation cases. The ideal Litigation Attorney will have the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience litigating construction defect cases

• Experience handling litigation matters from beginning to end

• Admitted and in good standing in Florida

• A strong academic background, outstanding analytical ability, and excellent writing and communication skills
