Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a business law firm in its search for an Attorney specializing in Litigation (construction experience strongly preferred!!). This is ideally a temp-to-hire, full-time role out of the Firm’s Detroit, Michigan offices and will primarily support the Firm’s busy and demanding construction law group! (Direct hire would be considered.)

The successful Litigation Attorney will have:

  • A background in commercial and construction law and approximately 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Active Michigan bar license, in good standing;
  • E-discovery experience (using Relativity);
  • Trial experience;
  • Strong writing and research skills;
  • Community and social affiliations consistent with the Firm’s civil and non-profit culture.
  • Strong work ethic and academic performance within the top 30% of class.
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
  • Infrequent lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds.
  • Resumes should reflect eDiscovery work and any construction experience.

Temp-to-Hire Pay rate: $80-85/hour, commensurate with experience.

(If converted to direct hire employee, the Firm offers annual bonus based on performance, salary range of $185-250k; comprehensive benefits package.)
