Trustpoint.One is seeking candidates for a Litigation Document Clerk position for our corporate client in the far West End of Richmond, Virginia. This position is a 6 month to 2 year contract assignment working onsite at the corporate office as a contractor via Trustpoint.
The main job responsibilities will include facilitating document requests for current and pending litigation matters, working with legal team members and outside counsel on the document requests, scanning, copying, filing (both hard and electronic files), and assisting attorneys with other various litigation support and administrative duties.
This temporary assignment will be a standard 40 hour schedule (Monday through Friday) and no overtime or remote work opportunities will be available. Our client prefers a completed Bachelor’s degree for employment consideration and a paralegal certification is highly desired.
