Trustpoint.One is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant, for a long-term temporary opportunity, for our client in St. Augustine, FL.   The legal assistant will hold responsibilities that include - drafting/filing of various litigation related documents (motions, orders, subpoenas, etc.), scheduling of hearings/meetings/appointments, maintain filing system, prepare general legal forms, review and address incoming mail, and additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience as a legal assistant - with litigation matters
  • Prior experience in a law firm setting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
