Litigation Paralegal

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be assisting a downtown Cincinnati firm with its search for a Litigation Paralegal to support its busy litigation team. The qualified individual will have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual eager to work in a busy, collegial environment.
The Litigation Paralegal will conduct factual research and obtain investigative materials including preparation of subpoenas and FOIA requests; conduct background investigation of parties and witnesses; interview witnesses; request, organize, summarize and analyze records; oversee collection, organization and maintenance of exhibits, documents and evidence; prepare summaries of factual findings, legal research and/or sequential and chronological events; draft legal documents, including correspondence, agreement and routine pleadings, under the supervision of an attorney; assist with all aspects of trial preparation; manage and coordinate scheduling and deadlines; and communicate and interact with clients, counsel, court personnel, witnesses, experts and vendors.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred), the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a very busy environment and superior oral and written skills.
