Trustpoint.One, a leader in the work of Managed Legal Services is accepting applications for the position of Marketing Automation Specialist.
The ideal candidate for this position will have managed multi-channel strategy and have worked across different prospect and customer segments. You have a proven ability and a complete understanding of marketing automation strategy and the latest trends in digital and demand techniques. You display a blend of outcome and data-driven orientation, strong project management skills, and the ability to build productive working relationships cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- The Marketing Automation Specialist builds and executes the marketing automation strategy, manages multi-channel strategy, and works effectively across different prospect and customer segments
- Utilize marketing automation strategy and the latest trends in digital and demand techniques
- Use a blend of outcome and data-driven orientation and strong project management skills to build productive working relationships cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Create efficient nurture programs and use your ability as a direct response-marketing expert
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to assess new technology tool opportunities and determine how they may help the organization deliver on its goals
- Champion new ideas and methods to help the organization evolve and grow
- Lead and execute nurture campaigns through a mix of digital and traditional channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to include 3 - 5 years marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing experience working with Pardot (preferred) or similar marketing automation tools
- Significant previous experience setting up an enterprise level marketing platform with adaptive campaign orchestration
- Experience and understanding of third-party data and analytic platforms such as GA 360, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and others
- Experience building a scalable platform tightly integrated with Salesforce.com
- Ability to deliver marketing-qualified leads to sales teams
- Experience helping build a predictive marketing model based on historical performance and insights
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or remote/hybrid environment
