Corporate Paralegal, in house role!

TrustPoint is seeking experienced an experienced Corporate Paralegal with SEC experience to join a well known investment and financial services firm-GO IN HOUSE! Job Description below:

• Assisting attorneys in all stages of private funds, from fund formation and the closing process to private fund portfolio investments and transactions

• Assisting attorneys and private funds clients with compliance and investment activities

• Communicating directly with private funds clients and their investors

• Contributing to the coordination of practice group training events, practice development initiatives, and business development efforts

• Maintaining the institutional memory of several leading global private funds clients

Researching topics such as market trends, legislative developments, legal precedents, and other matters relating to private funds

• Preparing documentation for formation of corporate entities and coordinating filings with corporate service providers

• Developing and periodically updating content for internal electronic resources, including practice group wikis and databases
