Trustpoint is excited to partner with a national Engineering and Architecture firm in there search of an Operations Specialist and a contract basis. This remote, part-time opportunity will assist the firm in certificate of authorization (COA) applications nationwide. Successful candidates will preferable have prior experience applying for COAs.

Expected hours: 20/week

Expected start: 3/1/24

Expected duration: 3 months

  • Approximately 50 applications that need to be submitted and overseen until completion.
  • Research each state's unique regulatory landscape in order to gather appropriate and pertinent information for each COA application.
  • Follow up and follow through until each application has been approved.


  • Previous experience researching and submitting COA’s or Professional Firm license applications
  • Meticulously detailed-oriented
  • Ability to exercise professional verbal and written communication needed for follow-up on applications with state agencies and governing entities
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
