Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a global law firm in its search for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who will support the firm's Hospitality & Leisure practice group. The candidate must have at least 5 years of real estate experience, preferably in a law firm setting. This is an on-site, direct hire role, out of the firm's Phoenix offices.

Primary responsibilities of the Paralegal include but are not limited to:

  • assisting in preparation and review of real estate conveyance and closing documents;
  • performing due diligence, including title and survey review;
  • coordinating closings for real estate transactions, including creating closing books and indices;
  • preparing UCC financing statements; and
  • handling entity formation and related filings.

The ideal Paralegal will have:

  • five years of related experience (in a law firm setting, in-house, or title company);
  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Elite (or other timekeeping software);
  • understanding of title and survey review;
  • strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work well under pressure.
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
