Patent Attorney-long term contract role!

Trustpoint One has partnered with a large company in Wilmington, Delaware, in their search for a Patent Attorney!  The position is contract in nature, going through the end of the year, and is hybrid work model!!

Job duties:

• Preparation and prosecution of patent applications, appeals, re-examinations, interferences and foreign oppositions.
• Perform various tasks related to patent prosecution including: all aspects of preparing and prosecuting patent applications
• conducting examiner interviews
• arranging for patentability, state-of-the-art, infringement, validity searches
• prepare patentability opinions

Candidates with advanced degrees in chemistry/biotech are ideal, but not required!

Must be actively barred in state where candidate sits--position is located in Delaware.
