Patent Litigation Paralegal

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be assisting a leading law firm, with a cutting-edge practice and award winning NYC offices, with their search for a Patent Litigation Paralegal. This is a great opportunity to support a great team and work on high-profile cases.  The Patent Litigation Paralegal will have the opportunity to work on an exciting variety of cases that include start-up and life sciences companies.  Responsibilities will include:

• Daily interaction with clients
• Drafting case summaries
• Drafting discovery responses
• All facets of the trial preparation process
• Perform legal research
• Special projects as needed

The ideal Patent Litigation Paralegal will have a Bachelor’s Degree in addition to at least two years of patent litigation paralegal experience.  An additional Paralegal Certificate is a plus. Strong attention to detail, solid time management and exceptional computer skills are key for this role.
