Trustpoint.One is seeking an Practice Support Manager who is eager to work with a highly respected law firm with offices in Los Angeles! The Practice Support Manager candidate will have prior experience related to practice support and handling case management responsibilities, as well as have experience with the eDiscovery and various technologies, and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks that include:

  • Day-to-day engagement of the Practice Support Team
  • Assist attorneys in all aspects of case management on complex high-profile litigation matters
  • Function as the Firm’s liaison and point of contact to all outside E-discovery vendors -negotiating and managing each case and review of all invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Create and implement policies and procedures regarding ESI protocols and best practices
  • Work with IT and professional development teams to develop and implement targeted technical and soft skills training programs

Qualifications

  • 5 years' experience in related practice support matters is preferred
  • Paralegal certificate, JD, or related level of education and experience. College degree preferred
  • Available to travel to other offices as required
  • Ability to communicate directly with partners and senior executives
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products and eDiscovery
