Description
Trustpoint.One is working with our client, a National law firm, on an URGENT temporary need for several experienced Real Estate Attorneys, with leasing experience for a commercial lease review and abstraction project. This will be a remote opportunity, starting on April 12th, and lasting approximately 6 weeks. Please note: This is a substantive project, not document review.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience handling commercial real estate leases and/or commercial real estate transactions.
- Experience with shopping center or cell tower leases a plus.
- Ability to commit to 40 hours/week, during normal business hours
- Licensed (in good standing) with a recognized US jurisdiction
- Pay rate: $45/hour
