Trustpoint.One is pleased to be working with a legal association with an opening for a temporary receptionist with strong attention interpersonal and organizational skills. Receptionist responsibilities to include answering phones and sending calls to staff members, greeting and helping service customers who visit the office, sorting mail and logging incoming checks, assisting with credit card payments, updating databases, assisting with even preparation, scheduling meeting room rentals and light cleaning/tidying.

Applicants must have an associate degree, a valid driver’s license and safe driving record, the ability to work as part of a team and independently with little supervision, experience with telephone switchboard equipment, strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook and basic knowledge of other Microsoft computer software programs, excellent data entry skills, basic knowledge of Zoom or similar meeting applications, the ability to occasionally lift and carry 20 pounds and the ability to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.

Pay is $16/hr.
