Trustpoint.One is partnered with a reputable Cincinnati Law Firm seeking a Records Manager.  This role offers a variety of responsibilities including records management, marketing support and equipment/technical support for the firm.  This opportunity has a competitive compensation and benefits package, with responsibilities that include:

Records Manager:

  • Managing the firm’s records database and coordinating record requests from offsite storage facilities
  • Perform conflicts checks
  • Overseeing records support team and providing training for new team members
  • Working directly with the marketing committee on website updates, social media platforms, branding/rebranding efforts and maintaining marketing contract database
  • Providing support for office equipment and technical matters
  • Assisting with technology setups in conference rooms when needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a law firm environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with multitasking
