Trustpoint International (Trustpoint.One) is currently seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to join our team's Washington, DC office.
Duties involved with this position include sourcing and recruiting contract or project attorney candidates to fill our client's job orders for a variety of projects. The recruiter conducts phone screens, and Skype interviews, maintains the database, and qualifies candidates by using objective and subjective criteria. Other duties include overseeing the DC office Administrative and Support staff to ensure successful completion of background checks, bar checks, and verification of educational credentials.
The ideal candidate for this position will have one to two years' experience in staffing (preferably legal), and excellent communication skills. A JD and experience with Bullhorn software is preferred but not required. The salary range is market competitive and a full range of benefits are offered.
