Remote Corporate Contracts Counsel

Trustpoint is pleased to be partnering with an international company in their search for an experienced Corporate Contracts Counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and business partners, including master services agreements, statements of work, RFP responses and supporting documents.
• Support internal business leaders in understanding legal considerations and solutions to effectively negotiate price, deliverables, services scope, warranty, and other commercial terms
• Establish best practices for contract review processes and contract management

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in a US state or DC.
• 10+ years of law experience, with at least 3+ recent years of in-house experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and providing legal advice to internal business clients and where needed, coordination with outside counsel
