Trustpoint.One is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Talent Specialist who is eager to work with a internationally respected firm with offices in Washington, D.C.! This direct hire position will offer the right candidate an exceptional opportunity to grow with this AmLaw 200 law firm. The Sr Legal Talent candidate will have experience with legal recruiting and related software, and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks that include:
- Maintain accurate data in various recruiting databases (experience with LawCruit, Workday and ViRecruit is helpful)
- Lead creative planning and execution of firm's Summer Associate program
- Assist with recruitment of law school students and lateral attorneys
- Additional administrative duties such as arranging travel, processing reports, and preparing new hire paperwork - will be expected
The successful candidate for this role will understand the importance of complete confidentiality involved in the recruiting process. At least 3 years of experience recruiting attorneys is necessary for this role. Additionally, a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required.
