Trustpoint.One is seeking a Sr. Litigation Paralegal candidate for a direct hire, hybrid opportunity with our prestigious law firm client in Washington, DC.

Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $100-125k, with a 37.5 hour work week (and OT after 37.5 hours). This opportunity allows for a flexible, hybrid schedule with 3 days in office. Hours are 9 am - 5:30 pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Senior Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys by performing legal research, drafting correspondence, cite-checking, blue-booking, and analyzing pleadings.
  • The ideal candidate will anticipate attorney needs and be able to exercise independent judgment; coordinate and manage case documents and prepare documents for production.
  • The Paralegal will also manage scheduling, coordinate with court clerks, prepare witness files and deposition summaries, manage trial exhibits, and set up trial space.
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with litigation document review databases, case management databases, and e-discovery software
  • Understanding of litigation practice area protocols
  • Experience overseeing junior-level paralegals
  • Experience with trial preparation and logistics
