Trustpoint.One is seeking an experienced Professional Staff Development & Training Manager, who is eager to work with a internationally respected firm with offices in the Bay Area! This direct hire position will offer the right candidate an exceptional opportunity to grow with this AmLaw 200 law firm. The Professional Staff Development & Training Manager should have prior experience within a law firm environment, and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks that include:
- Creating and implementing training programs for professional staff
- Support training initiatives, that aid professional staff in continuous professional growth
- Coordination of firm-wide HR compliance training for professional staff and attorneys
- Additional responsibilities, as assigned
Candidates must have 5+ years’ experience in training and development, preferably with technology-based training and LMS platforms. Experience with the design and execution of adult education and programs is also required. It is preferred that candidates will have a 4 year degree, as well as previous supervisory training. Additionally - a law firm background is very helpful.
