Ideal candidates will have experience working on transactions and agreements involving the use or transfer of intellectual property assets. Duties & Qualifications

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements for emerging technologies
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience handling licensing and tech transfer matters
• Member in good standing of the Minnesota Bar
• Exceptional writing skills
• Experience in digital health or big data highly desired
