Trustpoint.One is hiring a Temporary Compliance & Ethics Attorney who is client focused, organized, and has a team-oriented approach.

A Compliance & Ethics Attorney focuses on corporate ethics and compliance counseling, internal and government investigations, and building corporate compliance programs.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Advise on applicable policies, including the Code of Conduct & Business Ethics, to ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws.
  • Conduct compliance trainings for employees and Partners to contribute to fostering a culture of integrity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in relevant laws and regulations applicable to US companies, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA);
  • Bar admission in good standing in a jurisdiction where client maintains an office;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and individuals;
  • Superior organizational skills with an acute attention to detail;
  • Ability to work well in a team oriented environment and delegate tasks;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Suite of products; as well as
  • Effective and efficient problem solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and proactively and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs.

 NOTE: 
Salary is commensurate with industry knowledge and experience.  Client offers a remote work schedule to provide greater flexibility.
