Temporary IP Litigation Paralegal

MMEDIATE need for a qualified IP paralegal to join a top tier AmLaw firm! HYBRID role with EXCELLENT salary!

Qualified candidates must have knowledge and understanding of Intellectual Property Litigation. This includes managing discovery, preparing and managing databases, filing in various jurisdictions, preparing for trials in Federal courts, and managing trial support.

Responsibilities

•Organize, index and maintain case files

•Assist with the preparation and drafting of various legal documents including transmittal letters, subpoenas and case summaries for attorney review

•Perform cite checking

•Gather case related materials including contracts, witness and expert files, and exhibits

•File documents with federal and state courts, arbitration and dispute resolution bodies, and government agencies

•Maintain departmental docketing calendar to ensure timely filings

•Prepare trial work spaces, including coordinating with IT and outside vendors regarding war room equipment

•Provide administrative trial support, including maintaining exhibit lists and filing court documents

•Manage large portfolio of cases and track deadlines

Paralegal certificate preferred--at least 3 years litigation experience required.

Hatch-Waxman experience preferred.
