Trustpoint.One is hiring a Labor and Employment Attorney in San Francisco.

Trustpoint is recruiting for a strong Labor and Employment Attorney. This is a TEMPORARY role, and will be on-site in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have general labor and employment experience in the context of litigation
• If the candidate has apparel or retail experience that’s a plus
• Engagement is for several months at least but could go longer
• San Francisco-based; must be able to commute to city on a hybrid or daily in office schedule
• Licensed to practice in California
• Strong drafting skills
• Strong academics preferred
