Temporary Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the Los Angeles office of an AmLaw 100 law firm in their search for a Temporary Labor and Employment Attorney specializing in the California Fair Employment & Housing Act. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in employment litigation, including defending discrimination claims.
• Familiarity with the California Fair Employment & Housing Act, as well as other related state and Federal statutes.
• Experience handling multiple cases and serving as point person on litigation.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• License to practice law in the State of California, but can located anywhere in the U.S.
