Trustpoint One is pleased to assist a boutique law firm in its search for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trademark Attorney to support the firm’s Trademark Attorney with the front end of the trademark application process. This temporary, part-time, remote role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in trademark filings who is comfortable handling the day-to-day execution of applications under the guidance of experienced counsel.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications with the USPTO
- Conduct preliminary trademark searches and provide summaries
- Draft application-related correspondence and documentation
- Maintain case files and track deadlines
- Communicate with clients as needed to collect information or clarify details
- Coordinate with the Trademark Attorney on strategy and next steps throughout the process
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Trademark Attorney
- Bar admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Familiarity with USPTO application procedures and TEAS filing systems
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while taking direction
- Reliable internet connection and comfort working remotely
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
