Trustpoint.One has partnered with a leading national law firm, with Midtown NYC offices, in their search for an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join their busy and growing team! The qualified Trademark Paralegal will have:
- Strong experience handling all filings from new applications through post-registration with USPTO
- Experience managing the foreign filing process
- Preparation of client cost estimates, legalization of documents
- Extensive knowledge of conducting online Trademark searches and investigations
The ideal Trademark Paralegal will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in addition to a 4 year degree. A Paralegal Certificate is a plus. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of (or experience with) docketing is key for this role.
