Trustpoint.one is pleased to be supporting a leading mid-sized NYC law firm in their search for a Part-Time Trademark Attorney.
The Trademark Attorney will participate in all facets of the trademark prosecution process, including clearance and prosecution. Experience with TTAB proceedings and Madrid Protocol are a must for this role, along with experience in assisting with trademark as it relates to M&A.
The qualified Trademark Attorney will have at least 5+ years of prosecution experience and be a member, in good standing, of the New York Bar. Top-notch communication, writing and interpersonal skills are key.
