Trustpoint.One is seeking several Attorneys with hands-on litigation experience to join a long-term (6 to 12+ months) project in Denver, CO. Our client is a nationally recognized organization and this project will involve in-depth claimant review, writing briefs, handling administrative hearings and making court appearances (either in person or virtually) and assisting with settlements.
Requirements include:
Must be licensed to practice law, in good standing, in at least one US state.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience handling full-cycle litigation, including appearing in court for hearings and trials
Employment litigation and/or Worker's Compensation litigation are strongly preferred, but not required.
Experience responding to subpoenas is strongly preferred
