We are helping our client find a Global Finance attorney to join any of their U.S. offices or work remotely. The candidate preferably has 4 - 7 years of legal experience.  Experience in

  • a dedicated finance practice group at an AmLaw 100 firm,
  • representing domestic and international banks and other financial institutions,
  • leveraged transactions and/or,
  • financing needs.

The firm’s mission is to work with our clients and their businesses to provide tailored legal advice that meets their needs and goals. In addition, serving as a trusted advisor by guiding clients through the implementation of such strategies.  We are looking for candidates that have a passion for helping clients and with a drive to make a difference.

Essential Job responsibilities:

  • advise clients on all types of leveraged financings, secured and unsecured financings, cash flow and asset-based financings, subscription facilities and many other specialized credit arrangements
  • represent commercial and investment banks, institutional lenders, private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, mutual funds, hedge funds and corporate borrowers

Required:

  • Current Law License in good standing for the state in which you will be working.
  • 4- 7 years of global financing experience with emphasis on all types of leveraged financings, secured and unsecured financings, cash flow and asset-based financings, subscription facilities and other specialized credit arrangements.
  • Strong financial, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • High degree of responsiveness.
  • Advanced written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and personal accountability for work and your work product
  • Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas and develop new skills
  • Demonstrate strong project and priorities management, and
  • Ability to collaborate.

Salary is commensurate with industry knowledge and experience.
