- Degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to Florida Bar.
- 1+ years of relevant Workers’ Comp Defense experience.
- Exposure to maritime law is a big plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Legal Practice Software.
Salary is commensurate with industry knowledge and experience.
