Trustpoint.One has partnered with a respected, Global law firm, with offices located across the country, in their search for an experienced Venture Technology Associate. This role be expected to sit in the firm's New York City offices.
Our client is looking for someone to join this sophisticated practice, who will be expected to have strong experience, handling global venture technology matters (preferably in a large firm setting.) Responsibilities for this role, will include – counseling clients on contract matters, assisting venture capital firms with day to day matters, assisting with venture financing, drafting/negotiating of commercial agreements (SAAS, technology development, NDAs, privacy policies, etc.), and representing additional client interests – including assisting venture firms in transactional matters.
Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in venture technology
Exceptional academic credentials preferred
Experience in fin-tech, life sciences, medical devices and/or equivalent sectors is important
Member (in good standing) with the State Bar of New York
