Messaging Application Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Trustpoint.One Messaging Application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use this Service.

  1. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you confirm that the mobile phone number belongs to you, and you consent to business-related communications, including, but not limited to: receive job offers, appointment reminders, payroll reminders, transactional, marketing, and informational messages from Trustpoint International (“Trustpoint.One”). Standard messaging rates and data charges from your mobile carrier may apply.

  1. Description of Service

The Service enables Trustpoint.One representatives to communicate with external candidates via text and messaging platforms for business-related purposes.

Our SMS messages may include but are not limited to job offers, marketing materials, transaction confirmations, order updates, payroll reminders, account notifications, and other relevant information.

  1. User Responsibilities

You agree to receive recurring job placement and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from Trustpoint.One, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

Message frequency will vary. Trustpoint.One reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages sent.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Trustpoint.One, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.

You shall not misuse the Service for spam, harassment, or any unauthorized or illegal activities.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

Trustpoint.One collects and processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. [Link to Privacy Policy]

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

  1. Communication Consent

By using the Service, you consent to receive messages from Trustpoint.One. You may opt out at any time by replying with “STOP” or contacting us directly.

  1. Security and Confidentiality

Users must take reasonable measures to protect confidential information shared via the Service.

Trustpoint.One is not responsible for unauthorized access to messages due to user negligence.

  1. Service Availability

Trustpoint.One does not guarantee performance or uninterrupted access to the Service.

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Trustpoint.One is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  1. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.
