Jim manages Trustpoint Translations, LLC, a division of Trustpoint.One. He is responsible for sales, operations and the financial performance of the translation business unit.

Prior to joining Trustpoint in 2017, Jim served as Executive Vice President of translation provider Merrill Brink International where he managed a global team with hubs in Hong Kong, London and NYC. Before entering the translation business Jim worked in various management roles for Merrill Corporation, a global provider for secure document solutions.
