In her role as President of Legal Staffing, Kirsten is focused on guiding the growth and expansion of the Legal Staffing team, while overseeing business development, recruitment and operational activities.
A veteran of both the Legal Services and IT industries, Kirsten has amassed more than fifteen years of experience in organizational leadership, business development, recruitment and search, and large scale project staffing. She has a proven track record of success in leading teams, while managing a full spectrum of business functions, including talent acquisition, training and development, and people operations. With experience supporting law firms and corporate clients across multiple markets, Kirsten is passionate about building teams committed to providing strategic and consultative guidance and support to clients and candidates alike.
Kirsten earned her B.A. in Politics from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and has held ACED and SHRM-SCP certifications during the course of her professional career.
