Phil Shellhaas is the Executive Vice President of Discovery Services & Cyber Services, bringing nearly three decades of experience delivering innovative legal technology solutions to Fortune 2000 companies, Am Law 400 firms, and government agencies.

A veteran of the litigation support industry, Phil began his career in document management before advancing into leadership roles that helped shape the modern eDiscovery landscape. Since joining Trustpoint.One in 2013, he has overseen the company’s growth in data preservation, processing, and managed review, and now leads its fast-growing Cyber Services division, providing information governance consulting and incident response review for major cyber insurers and breach counsel.

Phil’s expertise spans eDiscovery strategy, workflow optimization, data analytics, and AI-driven insights. He has advised on large-scale litigation and investigations across industries, including antitrust, IP, construction, and FCPA compliance.
