How We Use Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We aggregate data on users’ home servers for internal review purposes, in order to build higher quality, more useful online services. Following such internal review, such aggregated information is then superseded by more recent information.

CAN-SPAM Act Adherence

Our company is in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Congress passed the CAN-SPAM Act to curtail the rampant abuse of commercial e-mail messages. The act directs that any commercial e-mail message that contains false header information that can mislead recipients as to its origin, or any message sender using a computer without authorization with the intent to send multiple commercial e-mails is in violation of the law.

Each individual can access their personal data and find out the purpose for which their data is processed. To access your data, please contact hr@trustpoint.one. TrustPoint will notify our customer or client and in certain situations may not be able to fully disclose data due to legal obligations. TrustPoint will not disclose any information to a third party without the written consent of the law firm or corporate law department. TrustPoint offers individuals the opportunity to opt-out of personal information disclosed to a third party or used for a purpose different from the originally collected purpose. TrustPoint may transfer personal information to a third party and we will take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure the third party processes personal information for limited and specified purposes and in a manner consistent with legal obligations. If a transfer to a third-party agent acting on behalf of our organization, TrustPoint may be liable if the third parties fail to meet those obligations, and we are responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

TrustPoint is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). TrustPoint may be required to disclose personal information in response to a lawful request by government authority, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
