An experienced litigator, Jake manages and advises counsel in response to Company litigation, class actions, claims, government investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, and internal investigations. Jake serves as faculty and a perennial speaker at the eDiscovery Institute and the Government Investigation and Civil Litigation Institute. In his spare time, Jake continues to litigate and serve the community taking on a wide variety of cases.
