As Executive Vice President of Corporate Initiatives, David Kis is responsible for Trustpoint.One’s Court Reporting Division, and for identifying strategic acquisitions for the company to pursue nationally.

David joined Trustpoint.One in 2017, coming from a 24-year career in legal services. In this field, he served as a senior leadership executive with proven success in driving sales excellence through the delivery of industry training, motivation and visionary leadership.

He is a graduate of/attended State College of Florida in Manatee, FL, where he studied Business Administration and Computer Sciences. David and his wife Sonya have three children: Tyler, Taylor and Rhett.
