Description
Trustpoint.One is recruiting a General Liability (Defense) Associate for our client who is client-focused, organized, and team-oriented. This is a hybrid position, and applicants must be able to commute to the office in Philadelphia (Blue Bell), PA, at least three days a week.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 4+ years of litigation experience.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience focused on litigation. Experience with general liability matters including premises liability, motor vehicle, class action litigation and insurance coverage is preferred.
- Clear understanding of the legal process, the law’s intricacies, and the court’s protocols.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality; precision in drafting and communication.
- Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion, confidentiality, ethics and fair/proper behavior.
NOTE:
- The salary will be determined based on candidate’s industry knowledge and experience.
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
