Attorney – Energy

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be supporting a busy and thriving mid-sized law firm, with offices in Somerset County, NJ and in New York City, in their search for an Attorney with energy experience to join their team. The Energy Attorney will have the opportunity to become integral members of the team handling all facets of trial preparation, drafting and arguing motions, handling arbitrations, client interaction and more.

The qualified Energy Attorney will have at least 5+ years of public utilities experience, ideally from another similarly-focused law firm. Strong writing skills are necessary for this role. Experience working with boards of public utility companies, government affairs and handling regulatory matters in the energy utilities space is required. Membership, in good standing, to the New Jersey or New York Bar is a must.
