Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a prominent Washington, DC law firm in its search for a Legal Administrative Assistant. This is a direct hire, hybrid role out of the firm’s DC offices.

Primary duties of the Legal Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

  • Provide support to timekeepers and the legal admin team.
  • Draft, edit, and redline legal documents.
  • Prepare new client matter intake forms.
  • Process invoices and travel expenses.
  • Maintain and organize paper and electronic files.
  • Compile exhibits and notebooks.
  • Assist with e-filing and billing.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings and travel.
  • Assist fellow team members where needed.
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.

The successful Legal Administrative Assistant will have:

  • a Bachelor's (preferred).
  • 5+ years of litigation experience (sanctions experience a plus!).
  • a positive attitude and desire to be a part of a managed team.
  • ability to prioritize competing projects and work efficiently within a group and independently.
  • ability to work well under pressure.
  • flexible and collaborative attitude with ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Experience with: Microsoft Office, ChromeRiver, Billstream.

Salary Range: $80-95k, commensurate with experience; comprehensive benefits package.
