Litigation Attorney

Trustpoint One is collaborating with a dynamic, well-established Plaintiff’s firm in expansion mode. The firm, with locations throughout Texas is seeking litigators interested in sharpening  their trial skills in the Austin office.

Responsibilities Include:

-             Legal research and writing;

-             Trial and witness preparation;

-             Handle trial docket;

-             Take and defend depositions;

Qualifications:

-             Juris Doctor;

-             Member, in good standing, of the Texas Bar;

-             Litigation experience;

-             Organizational skills;

-             Possess compassion, dedication, solid work ethic and is client service focused.
