Trustpoint.One has partnered with a highly respected AmLaw firm, with offices in New York City, in their search for an experienced Capital Markets Associate. The ideal candidate for this role will be expected to have law firm experience, handling capital markets matters (public company experience is expected).
Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in capital markets - within a law firm setting
Previous experience with the representation of public companies is necessary
Strong academic credentials preferred
Member (in good standing) with the State Bar
