Description
A well respected law firm is looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join their Philadelphia office. Interested candidates MUST have at least 3 years of experience preparing business visa applications including:
• Preparation and filing of immigrant and non immigrant visas (H, L, TN, and O visas, PERM, I-140, Adjustments, Naturalization, etc.)
• Tracking critical application deadlines and visa expirations
• Serving as a first point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, and representatives from government agencies.
Successful candidates will be able to independently maintain a high volume caseload to support multiple attorneys. A Bachelor's degree is required.
