Trustpoint.One is helping our client find a Litigation Paralegal to join their Richmond, Virginia office.

This job is responsible for providing a range of administrative, legal and paralegal support to the attorneys, primarily in the field of litigation.  Paralegal will assists lawyers and practice advisors with preparation of complex legal documents, mid-level legal research activities and other tasks related to the Products & Mass Tort practice area.

This is an on-site role, which means you will need to be in the office daily. Occasionally, you may need to travel for work, and you should be prepared to work overtime as necessary.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA certified paralegal program preferred
  • At least 3 years’ experience in complex litigation at a law firm
  • Courtroom/trial experience (going to trials) is a plus
  • Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook E-filing and litigation support applications such as Relativity, Lexus & Westlaw, Cite-checking / Blue-Booking
  • Exceptional computer and internet research skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • High degree of responsiveness and attention to detail
  • Advanced written communication skills

NOTE: 
Salary is commensurate with industry knowledge and experience.
