Probate Litigation Attorney

Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a well-respected boutique law firm specializing in trust & estate litigation in their search for a direct hire Civil Attorney to join their practice. In addition to their stellar reputation, they maintain a balanced work-life approach with billable hour requirement of 1550 hours, ensuring a healthier work environment for their team. The ideal candidate will be a civil litigator or probate litigator that enjoys collaborating with other attorneys, and goes above & beyond to take care of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle probate litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written advocacy skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Prioritize client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil or estate litigation.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of independently managing litigation cases.
  • Some trust & estate litigation experience desirable, but NOT required for a civil litigator looking to learn about probate litigation.
  • Knowledge of probate court and probate laws is a large plus.

Salary range $130 – $200K, commensurate with experience
