Trustpoint.One has partnered with an international law firm, with offices located in NYC, in their search for an experienced M&A Associate. The ideal candidate for this role will be expected to have law firm experience, handling (including leading deals) M&A matters.
Qualifications:
5+ years' experience handling M&A deals (domestic and international deals)
Strong academic credentials preferred
Membership, in good standing, with the New York State Bar
