Trustpoint.One is pleased to be working with a global entertainment company with an opening for a temporary legal billing assistant to assist with to perform variety of duties relates to billing and payment. Responsibilities to include addressing billing inquiries, researching inquiries related to payments, communicating with outside counsel in regard to billing, routing invoices, researching incoming funds, reviewing and processing vendor invoices, reviewing invoices to ensure compliance with company guidelines, processing cash funds, addressing invoice guidance flags, maintaining data in Legal Tracker and SAP and leading monthly training sessions. This job is based in Burbank; hours are 8-5.
A BA/BS degree, legal invoicing experience and Legal Tracker experience are preferred. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, extensive experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast paced environment. All applicants must be able to work at a computer for a sustained amount of time.
The legal billing assistant pay is $40.59/hr.
