Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a rapidly growing and reputable law firm specializing in family law in its search for a Paralegal. This is a direct hire role out of the firm’s Denver, Colorado offices.

Primary duties of the Family Law Paralegal include but are not limited to:

  • Providing direct support to busy attorneys with family law caseloads; drafting legal documents including final disclosures, sworn statements, and certificates of compliance.
  • Interacting regularly with family law clients and obtaining all necessary information from them.
  • Assisting with discovery preparation including interrogatories and requests for production.
  • Managing calendars and taking proactive approach to deadlines.
  • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.

The successful Family Law Paralegal will have:

  • 2+ years of family law experience.
  • Experience drafting legal documents including final disclosures and discovery.
  • Strong emotional awareness with ability to engage with clients in a personable and sensitive manner.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to work!

Salary & Benefits: Salary is $60-70k, commensurate with experience; EOY bonus eligibility. Comprehensive benefits package includes 100% firm paid health, dental, and vision; 401k plan with maximum match option; free parking; fully stocked kitchen; generous PTO model.
